  • Service: refers to the AI agent platform and related services provided by Convogenie Technologies Private Limited.

  • Subscription: refers to the access to the Service purchased by You on a subscription basis.

  • You: means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Website: refers to Convogenie, accessible from https://convogenie.ai


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the Service is not delivered as promised due to an error on our end.

  • If a technical issue caused by our platform prevents you from accessing the features you paid for, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5-7 business days from the report of the issue).

  • If you cancel your subscription within the refund period outlined below, provided the cancellation is due to one of the eligible circumstances mentioned above.


3. Refund Period

  2. Processing: If your refund request is approved by Convogenie, the refund will be initiated through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, to your original method of payment. Dodo Payments handles the actual processing of the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider, after Dodo Payments has processed it.


6. Prorated Refunds

In specific cases where a service is partially delivered or a technical issue impacts only a portion of your subscription period (and qualifies under Section 2), Convogenie may, at its sole discretion, offer a prorated refund for the unused or affected portion of the service.


7. Changes to this Refund Policy

Convogenie Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
