Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. Request the refund within 14 days of purchase

2. Have used less than 1,000 credits from your account

3. Submit a formal refund request through registered email id to support@convogenie.ai


2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your Convogenie account

2. Navigate to the Payments section under Settings

3. Copy the payment id on the last transaction

4. Include your payment id while sending an email for formal request of refund

2.2 Processing Time

1. Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days

2. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

3. Processing time by your bank/payment provider may vary


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

- More than 14 days have passed since purchase

- 1,000 or more credits have been used

- The account shows signs of abuse or fraudulent activity

- The account has violated our Terms of Service


4. Credit Usage Calculation

- Credit usage is calculated based on the total number of credits consumed since account activation

- Only successful attempts count toward the 1,000 credit limit

- System-generated credits or bonus credits are included in this calculation


5. Partial Refunds

- No partial refunds are provided

- The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the most recent payment

- Any unused credits will be deactivated upon refund approval


6. Currency and Payment Methods

- Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase

- Payment processor fees are non-refundable


7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Technical Issues

- If technical issues prevented service usage, contact support within the 14-day window

- Each case will be reviewed individually

- Technical issues must be verified by our technical team

7.2 Business Closure

- In the event of business closure or service discontinuation, refunds will be handled according to applicable laws

- Users will be notified via email about the process


8. Dispute Resolution

- All refund disputes will be handled through our support system

- If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal once with additional information

- Final decisions rest with Convogenie management

- Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the modification date
