6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing and Billing
Our service pricing is dynamic and subject to change with advance notification provided to all users via email and platform notifications at least 14 days before any price modifications take effect.
Billing occurs automatically on your chosen subscription date, with the full subscription amount charged to your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
All fees paid for our services are non-refundable unless explicitly specified in our refund policy, which allows refunds within 14 days of purchase and usage under 1000 credits.
We require payment in advance for all services to maintain continuous access to our platform, with automatic payments processed at the start of each billing period.
Multiple failed payment attempts will result in immediate service suspension until payment issues are resolved and account balance is cleared.
All prices displayed during checkout are in your selected currency, with any currency conversion rates applied at the time of transaction.
Applicable taxes, including VAT and sales tax, will be automatically calculated and added to your invoice based on your location and local tax regulations.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds provided for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.

9. Liability and Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" with best-effort maintenance and regular updates, but we cannot be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from third-party actions beyond our control.
10. Indemnification
You agree to protect Convogenie from any claims, legal proceedings, or costs arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or any content you create or share through our platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with appropriate notice, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, with all changes documented and communicated clearly to users.
